It applies to employees, clients, partners, vendors, contractors, and third parties who use, engage with, or are affected by our services and platforms. By interacting with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Employee Legal Terms

2.1 Recruitment Policy

AYSQO follows a transparent and ethical hiring process. Candidates may be recruited via:

  • Official job postings on our careers page or trusted job portals.
  • Direct walk-ins.
  • Verified internal or external referrals.

We do not charge any fees or payments for employment opportunities. Any individual or agency requesting money on behalf of AYSQO is acting fraudulently. We hold no responsibility for such external scams.

AYSQO is not involved in cash-based, off-record, or clandestine hiring. All communication will come through our official domain: @aysqo.com.

2.2 Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Employees must sign and uphold a confidentiality agreement.

All deliverables, designs, content, or code created during employment are owned by AYSQO.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, or commercial use of company assets is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

2.3 Workplace Conduct

AYSQO enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behavior.

Professionalism, integrity, and respect must be maintained within all internal and external interactions.

2.4 Resignation and Termination

Resignation must comply with notice periods defined in employment agreements.

Misconduct, theft, policy violations, or breach of trust may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

3. Client Legal Terms

3.1 Service Engagement

All work is governed by written project agreements including scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

Breach of contract, non-payment, or manipulation of service agreements may result in suspension of services or legal action.

3.2 Data Protection

AYSQO adheres to the highest standards of data protection, in compliance with the Indian IT Act and international privacy regulations.

Client data is confidential and will never be shared without explicit permission.

3.3 Behavior & Communication

Clients must refrain from abusive, defamatory, or threatening language toward AYSQO staff.

Threats or attempts to tarnish our reputation through blackmail or false claims will result in legal escalation.

4. Third-Party & External Interaction Terms

4.1 Blackmail, Threats & Harassment

AYSQO has a zero-tolerance policy toward blackmail, personal threats, extortion, or harassment by any individual or organization.

Any such behavior will be reported to cybercrime and prosecuted under:

  • Indian Penal Code (Section 503 – Criminal Intimidation, Section 506 – Punishment for Criminal Intimidation)
  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 66A, 66D, etc.)

4.2 Cybersecurity & Unauthorized Access

Attempts to hack, steal data, or interfere with our systems will be treated as a cybercrime and reported immediately.

We cooperate fully with cybersecurity experts and law enforcement for detection, tracking, and prosecution.

4.3 Intellectual Property Protection

All AYSQO branding, designs, logos, source code, and content are legally protected.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Defamation & Reputation Management

False claims, public defamation, or attempts to damage AYSQO’s reputation through online or offline means are taken seriously.

Legal proceedings will be initiated against individuals or entities engaging in defamation, under IPC Sections 499/500 and relevant IT Act sections.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, India.

Where applicable, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Mediation may be attempted before arbitration, if both parties agree.

7. Indemnity Clause

All users, employees, clients, and third parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYSQO from any damages, liabilities, losses, or claims resulting from violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

8. Amendments

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Continued interaction with our services signifies acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
